Soft and Fudgy Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
115g butter
300g caster sugar
5 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
70g flour
70g cocoa
230g dark chocolate melted
Directions
Preheat your oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
Mix the butter and sugar together until fluffy, then add vanilla. Gradually beat in the eggs. Sift the flour and cocoa powder into the mixture. Finally stir in the melted chocolate. Pour the mixture into a greased and lined baking tray and place in the oven at 160c for 20 minutes.
Once cool, cut the brownies into individual portions and dust with icing sugar.
Serve and enjoy!
