No matter where I am, I love starting the day with a healthy breakfast. This is one of my favorites: soy yogurt with oatmeal, sunflower seeds, lax seeds, nuts and berries.
I couldn’t agree with you more, for there is something really special about having your favorite breakfast no matter where your travels lead you. It’s very comforting and also helps lay the base for the day ahead.
Just picked fresh blackberries this morning and now they are cooking in scones!
This is just delicious looking! I love berries! I’m hoping to find more björnbär later this season, they tend to grow wild where I live, so it’s a fun thing to go out picking them!
Lovely stuff! I travelled to the UK this summer and had some afternoon tea and scones, and it was absolutely delicious I thought I’d make my own last weekend. I might have broken a few rules maybe – I found a website full of random scone recipes here and made 4 different types! My friends were so happy when I brought them round for tea and scones. Lots of fun!

You should try it!
I’m reading this while eating a bowl full of berries and plain yoghurt. It’s a great way to start and end the day.

Hope you do find some björnbär. They’re super good! You’re lucky you can pick them where you live.
