		<description>@wannie, People I&#039;ve spoken with said it&#039;s less crowds at the end of the season, the weather is practically the same year around, with somewhat more rain during the winter (Dec-Feb). During the summer (July-August) it&#039;s low-season and a bit lower prices. Those who&#039;d like to surf should travel in the winter (the high-season is in November).

Although, no matter how many Hawaii-regulars you talk to, or how many  guidebooks you read, you won&#039;t know for sure until you&#039;re there!</description>
