I LOVE… Fado

Fado originated in Lisbon, Portugal. If you want to visit a traditional fado bar, go to Bairro Alto — one of the oldest parts of the city. The video below features Fado Lisboeta with Raquel Tavares.

Raquel Tavares who won “Grande Noite Do Fado”, the biggest song contest dedicated to fado in Portugal, sang regularly at the famous fado house Bacalhau De Molho.
