Thanks to Hoosta luxury News, I heard about Hotel des Académies et des Arts, a three-star boutique hotel owned by Charlotte and Laurent Inchauspé. The hotel is located in the Montparnasse district just opposite the famous art school Atelier de la Grande Chaumiére.
After having watched the youtube video by TV “Intérieurs” above, I know exactly where to stay during my next visit in Paris.
