Preliminary Blog Post Schedule
I feel there has been a lack of focus and structure on Travel Blissful lately. In an attempt to make the site more organized, I wrote a preliminary schedule with recurring topics/categories for each day of the week.
Preliminary Blog Post Schedule
Mondays – Photo(s) of the Week
Tuesdays – Music That Makes Me Happy
Wednesdays – Guest Posts (starting in December, until then mixed content or no posts)
Thursdays – Thoughts relating to travel
Fridays – Recent Reads/Blog Carnival
Saturdays – Reviews or Interviews
Sundays – Update of my whereabouts
Apart from these, I will consider posting various travel tips, travel stories from places visited, and a weekly movie and/or book pick. In the future I hope to add podcasts and vlogs (video blogs).
If there’s something else you’d like to see included, don’t hesitate to let me know.

God that’s lot of commitment!

I realized the same thing the other day. Fortunately this is a preliminary schedule though, so there’s room for changes (if the need would arise).
A schedule with some idea of the content for a given day takes so much of the stress out of blogging. I’m looking forward to the interviews.

Yes, I have found it incredibly helpful. I’m still working on publishing posts earlier in the day, though.
I have a few reviews lined up in the coming weeks, the interviews will start again before the year’s over.
Great post and informative one.

Erica, how much time per day you are spending on your blog?

That varies A LOT from day to day. Some days, only 15-20 minutes, other days it can be hours. I’m glad you asked me this ’cause it reminds me that I want to track how much time I spend on the blog. So thanks!
I asked, because myself never is able to keep on time with schedule

I see. I face the same challenge sometimes. I’ve always been a time-optimist – something I aspire not to be
