    Oh, what a great list! Thanks for including our treehouse post, but also for making us aware of those other, very interesting posts, we had only read about the carnival in Andalusia before reading this post!

    We’ve been thinking of doing a similar thing, but never got around doing it until now: we’ll have to shape up :-)

    Now: doing some bloghopping to those others…

    Milford Sound is one of my all time favs.I spent a summer season working down there when there was a hotel and I was eighteen.Every night I would take a short walk an old run down wharf where the boats left from, pass by glow-worms in the rain drenched soils and small penguins wadling along the pot-holed road. I was so lucky to see Milford pre-tourists. Absolutely magic!
