@Dina, I probably should… some time. I’m curious, what hotels are you referring to? I know Portland is also great when it comes to vegan and vegetarian food, so am sure I would enjoy the city!
@Erica, Hotel deLuxe is a film with an elegant Golden Era of Hollywood film theme which is relatively new on the scene. http://www.hoteldeluxe.com And to be straight, I do work for the company who owns this hotel and also the Hotel Lucia. But in addition, the Hotel Modera is a new hotel in Portland that is hip, cool, small and independent. And the Nines Hotel is part of the Starwood chain and is their luxury property in Portland that also just opened. And yes, we have tons of vegan and vegetarian restaurants, along with every restaurant being very vegan and/or vegetarian friendly. Let me know if i can help with any other recommendations!
