Sydney Opera House: A New World Heritage Site

Sydney Opera House has been added to the The World Heritage list. Joern Utzon designed Sydney Opera House in October 1973. There is no younger cultural site included on the list.     Well, it’s certainly iconic — and a sight of which I’ve never tired. I’m not entirely certain I consider it to be quite on the same level as some of the more ancient World Heritage Sites, but I’m glad it has been recognized.
