Takenaka’s Entrance

A few days ago I found a new sushi bar in the Swedish city Halmstad, Takenaka Sushi Bar. This is one of the things I enjoy about travel. Discovering places you didn’t know existed.

Eating in Takenaka

I love the Japanese-style hip furnishing and peaceful atmosphere. Takenaka is not a big place, but they have a cozy patio in case there’s no space inside.

Vegetarian Sushi

The vegetarian sushi with egg, salad, cucumber, pepper and avocado did not disappoint, neither did the miso soup. Seaweed salad is available for an extra 10 SEK.
