According to HRG Nordic, a service bureau for business trips and conferences, the Russian capital Moscow has the most expensive hotel rooms in the world. Hotels with five stars have increased their prices with 15,2 % in comparision with budget hotels.
The five cities with the world’s most expensive hotels are Moscow, New York, Paris, Milan and Hongkong.

I’m sure the Dubai hotel is expensive but probably not more expensive than the hotels in Moscow, NYC, Paris, Milan and HK, at least not at the time of HRG Nordic’s survey.
